About the Position Saint Katherine College invites applications for a full time, non-tenure track position as Assistant Professor or Lecturer in Business Management beginning Spring or Fall 2017. Rank based on degree-level, teaching experience, research, and/or service.

Serve as chair of the Department of Business Management.
Teach 24 credits per academic year (normally 4 courses each in the Fall and Spring semester).
Oversee academic advisement of Business Management majors Approve Business Management internships
Supervise capstone projects Attend weekly meetings with the Academic Affairs Committee and Faculty Senate.
Design the scheduling for Business Management courses. Supervise Business Management adjunct faculty.
Work collaboratively with the Accreditation Liaison Officer on accreditation matters and measures of assessment.
Attend faculty meetings each semester
Follow the academic and administrative policies of the school
